Vital Power are proud to be supporting a number of generators across two NHS hospital sites, part of the same NHS trust.

In May 2019, Vital Power were called to support this NHS trust’s 9 x industrial diesel generators across two sites.

These 9 generators are responsible for supporting many wards, critical medical infrastructure, and laboratories.

Vital Power currently support 9 x industrial diesel generators across two NHS sites, part of the same trust.

As standard, each generator receives 2 x service visits each year.

1 x minor service and load bank test in the summer months.
1 x major service and load bank test in the winter months.

As a customer of Vital Power, on an active service and maintenance plan, we also provide a 24/7/365 callout facility for any emergencies with a 4-hour SLA. In many instances, we have rapidly attended these emergency calls and responded urgently to all requests well before the 4-hour time scale.
