Managing Director
Sam Wright is Vital Power’s Managing Director, overseeing all activities for Vital Group, including new contracts, new products/ service offerings, legal agreements, market & business analysis and more. Sam joined the business a few months after it was founded in 2016, becoming our very first official employee!

Operations Director
Ollie Gopsill is Vital Power's Operations Director. Ollie is responsible for ensuring that as a business, we are operating as efficiently as possible whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. Ollie is also responsible for making sure that the operations team continues to grow and develop in line with the rapid business growth and it's core values.

Engineering Director
Ryan Lilley is Vital Power’s Engineering Director, responsible for leading the projects team and managing pre-construction activity for Vital Power projects. Ryan also supports the Service Manager with management and leadership of a diverse engineering team of around 20 engineers.

I think we work in an ever-challenging industry with a unique set of problems to solve, my role presents many issues every week and the quote helps reset any assumptions and helps me to focus."
CEO and Founder
Nic Rae founded Vital Power in 2016. The majority of Nic’s role now is about strategic overview and supporting Sam and his team in the delivery of our business objectives

Finance Manager
David Jones is Vital Power’s Finance Manager. With 10 years of experience within finance related roles, David joined Vital Power in March 2021, overseeing all finance related activities within the business.

HR Manager
Louise Commander is Vital Power’s HR Manager. Louise is responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace, overseeing various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning and more.

SHEQ Manager
Vicky Wood is Vital Power’s SHEQ manager. Vicky is responsible for overseeing all facets related to health, safety, environment, and quality within the company, ensuring the adequacy, specificity, and adherence of safe working practices by all.
